I bought a DVD at Sam Goody in San Diego,CA 6/27/2011. The company filed Chapter 11 the next day and closed the doors I was unable to return the DVD to them. I returned it to the manufacturer DPI INC., and even insured the product. DPI INC. recieved it as they signed the ticket but never sent me a replacement. Instead I continue to keep being billed monthly from FYE BSP VIP.
