grout bully was ordered from a t.v. ad , when it arrived many weeks later we were shocked to see the 52.36 shipping charges for this small item. After calling to complain that not only did the product not work, but the shipping and handling was outrageous, we were told to return it with a full refund. After a week I received a 20.00 refund to our checking account, which only covered the product cost. On top of this I paid over 9.00 to return this stuff. Now I cannot find a phone number or anyway to contact this company.

- Contact the issuer of your credit or debit card assuming that's how you paid for the product and initiate a dispute/fraud investigation of the company. You will not have to pay a cent in this case and will get the rest of your money back because this company is blatantly committing fraud and false advertising. This consumer protection is built into EVERY credit or debit card with a VISA or MASTERCARD logo. Use it!
