I ordered a pair of UGG boots from uggmall.com I then received an email from fashionpay.com saying my order had been confirmed.
They informed me that a tracking number would follow but has not. They have ignored my several emails and the company I ordered the UGG boots from have no record of my purchase. What do I do now? Help!!

Hi
I ordered 2 pairs of ugg boots on 26th November and I've not received them or had any conformation. The company advertises them in GBS but I had to pay in dollars!! My payment left my bank account on 28th November.
I have sent numerous e mails but had no replies!
I've been ripped off and I'm off to my bank on Monday to get it sorted out. I suggest you do the same! -
