On 09/07/2011, I received an offer from a web media representative by the name of Lamar, to set up a website on my behalf. He wanted to do an in depth debt analysis and required my credit cards. Though I told him I was not interested and I couldn't afford the fee, he went ahead and secretly charged my credit card $3000 and disappeared from the face of the earth.
