I ordered 1 ez move and was suppose to get one free. Well the ordered replicated several times so that now I am being billed and has been charged for 7 ez moves and get 7 free. I called immediately after this happened to get it cancelled only to be told that they couln't cancel it. Why couldn't they cancell an order that has yet to be processed or shipped? they are a rip off company and the Better Business Bureau should check them out. Now supposedly I have to refuse the shipments and they will be sent back and a refund given. They are a shadey company with out any morals or deciency. They give you the run a round. Stay clear of this company and warn everyone you know.
