Ordered a free trial for $3.95 and minutes later that charge and a charge of $89.99 showed up in my account after contacting them several times they continue to tell me that I am not being charged that and it will eventually drop off but in the meantime it still affected my balance. I have contacted them and cancelled the order several times ,my bank says purasilk should reverse charges, but they refuse.
