I'm surprised you even got a tracking number that told you that much information. When I complained they didn't even mention the tracking number. They started telling me that my order would be reshipped, and it is coming from there global warehouse.
I asked them since my 3-1 guarantee with BuySafe expires in 30 days, would it be extended also? No answer, or a tracking number that would work. -
