I sent for a trial of two products for which I had to pay postage only and understood there was no obligation to purchas.e further products. The products were Revitaderm, and Perfect radiance. The money for the postage was taken from my account forthwith and I was informed that I should recieve the samples by the 25th November. I still have not received them! Now I have been billed by the above company for a further months supply which I have yet to receive. I have emailed the company at support at revitaderm which was the email address that they confirmed my original order from and recieven a computer generated reply saying that I would get a member of staff contact me personally with in 48 hours. I do have a phone no for this company in the UK which I will ring if this does not happen.

- Yes, same story here I'm afraid to say. My wife ordered the same trial products after it was advertised on a local tv show, unfortunately it's been almost three weeks since, and still no sign of the trial product. She has Emailed the company and has received an automated reply stating that a rep will be in contact within 24 hours. Unfortunately, she's just found a debit from the same company for $75.59 presumably for a months prescription, something that she specified she did not want when filling out the order form. Maybe a legit mistake? Hopefully we will have an answer in the next 24 hours, otherwise I'm canceling the Visa card and writing a letter to the tv station involved. Thanks for posting!
