I applied for the flexcard and was approved October 30th. As of today, December 10th I have not received the card. I have also been given the run around. I too have had a very hard time getting past the busy signal each time I call. I trusted MetaBank which is who the card is through. I at one time had an AccountNow card, which I had no problems with so I thought Flexcard would be worth it too. I couldn't do any research prior to applying because you can't back out of the website once you start the application process. Shame on you MetaBank. I intend to call Visa, file a complaint with the BBB and report MetaBank to FDIC
