I went online to check my checking account and then noticed I was negative $275.25. There was one check in the amount of $99.00 and another check in the amount for $99.40. Because the money was causing my checking account to overdraft, they charge two overdraft fees both for the amount of $33.00 adding to $66.00. I call the number listed they asked for my name and phone number and pulled up my info, then she said that I will need to leave a message for costomer service and it will take up to 48 hours to contact me back. I ask to speak with someone now and she said there was no one available. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she said there was no one available and then hung up on me. I called again and the samething happened. Now when I call the call goes straight to voicemail.
