I was looking into a payday loan and noticed on my bank statement that this company charged me 30.00 for an application fee that was unauthorized because i never filled out an app. with them. My account was charged an overdraft fee along with the 30.00 fee making my losses a total of 64.00. Several days later my account was hit again by a company called Premier membership clubs for 99.46 and i was charged 3 overdrafts because everything i had paid before they hit my account bounced so i got 3 more overdraft fees. How can this kind of crap go on in America, who is regulating these predators? My losses total 254.99 because Lendnet sold my info.

  • your best bet would be the credit card customer service. Call and complain that it is fraudulent and u did not approve. They will connect u to the other party and u tell them u did not approve. Either CC will pay u or the guilty will pay u on the spot. Either way u get ur money back. Most of the CC offer zero liability to customers on fradulent transactions
