Got hooked into this site for 4 items on my wishlist but only "won" small items less than a dollar each. Invested USD 275.22 so far, and no evidence of any real return. Hooks into gambling addiction. I am 74 and took this site to be genuine. How silly can you get? I am also from New Zealand and have spent many hours late into the night unbelieving that it wasn't real. But now what is it really? I have never paid for bids before, and it is hard to believe that I got hooked for a whole week.
