Got invited to initial makerting/sales event at the Hyatt Hotel, Irvine, CA on April 2o, 2011. Very professional and convincing only for $139.99 and 2 mos free hosting I can get the Tools to get my website up. I bought into this and was invited to go to an SEO Bootcamp at the Mariott in Irvine the following month. At the SEO Bootcamp they sold us the Platinum Services where I can get 2 websites professionally developed by Storesonline developers and 6 months free hosting for $5,500. Their sales pitch is that this is a turnkey program. Everything will be done for me I will just do marketing and instruct their developers what I want them to do. Looking back, I now know that the bootcamp was just another sales trick. I now have a website that has given me nothing but problems and racked up thousands of minutes with their customer support that is a toll call to UT. Some of the customer support calls gets routed to Manila, Philippines where the support staff are courteous and polite but are not trained and is just a waste of time and money to call. Utah CS support are okay, but I have to call each day with a new problem that should have been taken care off prior to launching my site. I have had 20 bugs or problems where my domain provider 'GoDaddy' has helped me more than Storesonline ever did. GoDaddy support would coach me what to tell Storesonline support to fix my problems. I only paid $9 to GoDaddy and has gotten more help from them than Storesonline. Some of my critical issues took over a week to fix and when I asked to escalate the problem to CS Manager, storesonline support refuse to give this person's name or contact info. I have had 2 supervisors call me and after initial calls. They claim that they will work with me to the bugs. The first supervisor that I have been sending the problems to by email claims he can't talk to me cause he is so overloaded. I had the second supervisor call me today with the same promise as the first one. I bet you once he sees the crap they have on my site he'll do the same thing the first supervisor did (hide). I am now compiling my problems with storesonline and thinking of sending them to the president of the company. After reading all the problems online with storesonline I am not sure this is the best thing to do. Please advice.

My total monetary damages is $5,500. Unfortunately, it won't let me get to next step with this amount. So I just entered $199.99 to get through the next step.
