I ordered FREE trial with no sign of any terms or conditions only to find out it was a scam and I have received other products I didn't order buy have been charged a lot of money for. I have stopped my card and reported it to the bank.

- Yes, I felt rather foolish as well, but I hope the following information helps. I telephoned 0808n 168 3684 which is Revitalize Health & Beautys contact number and spoke to someone, demanding a refund of the £74.95 they took. The address is PO Box 135, Linlithgow, West Lothian EH49 9AP. They assure me a refund will be coming in 7 to 10 days. This they agreed to after I confirmed that I had contacted trading standards and made a report. You can do this online at www.actionfraud.org.uk and their telephone number is 0300 123 20 40. You will be given a crime number and an ID to quote if you need to speak to them. They have reported to the police and I was advised not to contact revitalize again until enquiries are actioned. They were aware of the company and will now act...may I suggest you do the same....This fraud involves hundreds of people and the amounts of money involved are huge. It seems that it is a series of sort of franchises all over the UK and abroad....initiated in New Zealan

I am another sucker! Accepted the offer to receive FREE TRIAL samples for the cost ONLY of postage and Handling and have been gobsmacked to find them debiting my CC on a regular basis. Frauds!!! - God only knows what they put in the cream we have been applying to our skin....
Thanks to all those who have posted tips in an effort to put a stop to these thieves. -
