I ordered a Barbour jacket from www.barbourjackets-uk.org and received an email confirming my order. As the website had no details about how long shipping and delivery would take, I emailed the company (there's no address or phone number on the site) asking when I should expect my item. After a couple of days without reply, I emailed them again asking the same question. I still heard nothing, so emailed them AGAIN, this time asking to cancel my order. I have just received a parcel from them with a sports jacket which is completely different to anything on their website, and certainly isn't 'an official Barbour jacket' as advertised. There is no delivery note or any address details as to where I should return the item, so I'm stuck with a cheap crap jacket whuich I never ordered. Can someone please advised me as to how to get my money back?
