there is an unauthorized charge on my bank account from direct v that i did not give them permission to make.i admit that i owe them money but I've been sick and had surgery but that's besides the point,they had no right to take money that i didn't have from my account.i plan on paying them but i need time to get on my feet now all of what little money i had in the bank is gone,and i'm on a fixed income.

- Call your bank and get new account # and do no give the new number to DirectTV. As long as DTV has your account number they can and will debit it as they see fit.
