I am a London-based consumer. On Nov 1, 2011 I signed up for a free sample for a Juveneu Anti-wrinkle Serum and some samples in sachets and the website only asked for a US$1.99 shipping/handling fee, which I paid for using my UK credit card.
On Nov 16, 2011, a GBP55.05 charges by Juveneu appeared on my UK credit card statement. I did not purchase any item from Juvenue other than the initial shipping fee payment of US$1.99 nor authorize these charges.
