MAJOR SCAM - I placed an order on 12/01/11 and paid for 3-5 day shipping. My credit card WAS charged, but I never received the product. I was given a BOGUS tracking number in an email from them. I have made MANY attempts to call these people, but NO ONE EVER ANSWERS the phone. I want a refund.
