This is a scam. They offer live chat for customer support and chat under the name angelababy and angela. I have the logs saved of all the bs conversations with them promising to deliver the gold and never responding back. THEY NEVER WILL!!!! You will keep getting replies saying "the supplier is not online check again later". This is the same company that others have been scammed by using names such as:

I had several other conversations with them each a new chat box at different times and they all ended either with the I am preparing the gold wait here crap or with no response back at all.
