I viewed this company's website on 12/9/11 but chose not to complete the application process after noticing the $19.00 fee. I noticed the charge on my account statement on 12/13/11. I don't understand how this company can charge my account when I never completed their actual application. This company came up after visiting a payday loan site that redirected me to them.
