I thought I was registering for a free account only to find out that I was charged 99.00. I contacted the company askign for a refund only to be denied because I agreed to their terms and conditions. No where on the registration page does there seem to be a link or check box that I can select to say I have agreed to the terms and conditions nor do the terms and conditions appear on the second page that you are directed to.

This website has a terrible user interface that I believe is designed to purposely scam unknowing customers into buying something that they are unaware of purchasing. There should NOT be a default selected bid package, there SHOULD be a purchase confirmation page, the submit button should say "submit for purchase" or something along those lines--certainly NOT "I'm ready to start winning"-- this statement makes it seem that your registration is complete, not that you just made a purchase.
