My wife ordered a NFL jersey from a website named elite team jersey. When it was bill it showed up as balletbridal.Co.Ltd. The Picture of the jersey was Chicago bears Number 72 William perry jersey that was an offical NFL reebok jersey. It had all the right NFL logos and patchs on it in the picture, But when the jersey showed up it had no NFL logos or reebok Logos on it. Also it was very small for the what there size chart said. When we tryied to return it we found out that the only way you can contact them is by email so we did so. They wanted pictures of the jersey that we had. So we emailed them the pics. At first they said that they could not see the pics. So we resent them, and they just replied that the jersey is what we had ordered. Whitch we can tell by looking at the one we have and the one they have on there site are to different jerseys. So we just keep emailing them that we want to return it and get a refund and they have stopped emailing us and will not repile to our request to return the product even thought on there site it states that if you are not happy with the product you can return it for a replacement, and/or refund.
