I ordered a free sample and have not received it. My credit card was deb ited on 10/11/11 for $77.45 (plus foreign transaction fee of $2.63) and again on 13/12/11 for $79.76 (plus foreign transaction fee of $2.39). I have disputed both these transactions with my credit card provider but they tell me I have to write to these people and tell me I do not want their products and they were not authorised to debit my card. How do I contact them?
