I planned to order the $19.95 special, and ended up ordering a double order with extra shipping and now I can't get them to stop sending me a double order every month. Three times I have had $72.00 taken from my credit card. I can't get in touch with them to stop.

Call customer service at 1-866-561-8543. You will be on hold for a while. Ask to cancel your account and also ask for a return authorization number to return product. Be sure to return with delivery confirmation from USPS. Also call your credit card company and dispute all the charges from this company. Hope this helps!
My credit card refund never happened, and I called today. She asked for delivery confirmation number and said my account would be credited in 3 to 4 days. -
