I went on a coach outlet 2011 website and found great offers. After making a purchase, they send me a message that my money was deducted and the products I ordered were no longer available!!! Please help a mom with 3 special needs who never.does anything for myself get my money back. Vivian

- I just had the same thing happen to me. There is no number that i could find on the website just an email, so i emailed them and hopefully will recieve a response, what really stinks is that this is one of the first sites that pops up on google search, most likely many more people scammed. :(
