I ordereded 2 products free of charge from the UK after seeing a web advertisement.
This was a promotion with only P&P charges.
My account was debited on 30.11 .2011 with £2.95 & £2.97 as I would have expected.
Today my account has had a further £74.95 taken from it without authorisation.
I have contacted Santander my UK bank.
I have been told I have to allow 30 days for the coming to respond to my email deispute about this payment - not holding my breath.
Does anybody have any UK contact details for this company?
I will also contact trading standards
