We'll me and my husband applied for a card to rebuild our credit on 11/21/2011 and 11/22/2011 they got 138.00 from us and we were suppose to get our cards on 12/13/2011 we haven't received anything. The number they gave us to call they always say we should get the card any day now, when we called today on 12/14/2011 the answering machine said the phone is not in service from 12/12/2011 to 12/16/2011 that covers them for the rest of the week"How convenient for them." I am mad as hell somebody please do something. We was going to use them cards for the Christmas presents for our family, so sad for them to do so many people that way. These people don't have a heart and surely no kids.

  • My boyfriend found this flexcardprogram online and thought it wasn't bad so we paid the $69.00 on 11/21/2011 and the email said we would get the card in 10-14 business days. Well the first week in December I called because we haven't received it yet and I spoke to a guy. He told me it would be arriving either Saturday, December 9 or Monday, December 11. Well, I called Tuesday and got the same telephone message like everyone else: Due to the busy phone calls we are upgrading our system from December 12th to the 16th. So, naturally I emailed them and got a reply saying thank you we received your email blah blah blah. I must of gotten like 3 of those responses. So this week I called them and can't get no one!!! I am very disappointed because I was going to use this card to buy Christmas presents with. I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!
