Called the company three times to tell them my payday is on the 15th and the 30th . After clearing this with a supervisor, they still took money on the 11th of the month causing a 35.00 bank fee. Called them the next day, they requested a written letter from my company with the dates of pay.They would not listen to anything I had to say. This is nothing more then a group of loan sharks sitting in Costa Rica. These people didn't ask many question when I ask for a loan,now all of a sudden they have all my info from my bank at there fingertips and fell they can do as they please.
