I ordered a cream called perfect radiance and revitaderm only one time for supposedly 5.95 Euros, as a trial on August 31st, 2011. I received the first one. And then a few days later the other one. I was charged once for 5.95 Euros and then later on got a charge on september 19 for 79.15 euros. I had to travel and was not home and kept on receiving more perfect radiance product in smaller bottle. I figured it was part of the deal. My mistake is that I did not check right away my account and realize they have been debiting my account every fifteen days for those products which I have received but never ordered. I realize today that I have 441,32 euros debited in creams I receive and never sent back because too busy and not worried about it so much.
Yesterday I wrote a letter ewith return receipt requested to the company in England and also told them to stop sending me those cream and also stop debiting my account or else I would take actions. Today, I receive another little package of the perfect radiance which I will not open and return to the post office tomorrow, however they have already debited my account on december 5, 2001. What do I do, how do I get out of this scam. I tried to call the company and of course the number is no longer valid. Please help me. I called my bank and they canot do anything since it was bought thru internet with my bank card.
