I ordered a $10 Subway card which was advertised to be available in $5 . They told me a date when I can redeem the gift card and the date kept on extending untill when on 15th I was able to redeeem it on the site. They said its going to be shipped soon and will reach me in a week. Haven't heard from them still . I call their Customer help line which looks very fradulent.They make you listen to some crappy message for 15 minutes and invariably no matter what time you call, how many times you call it will ask you to leave a message and they will call back .It has never happend till now. They never called back and I am not able to reach them till now .Its more than 45 days since I bought this so called deal .
