On July 1,2011 I went to a website-Artisan Order,who sells jewelry. I ordered a drusy, amethyst, citrine sterling silver pendent, cost $32.88 including shipping. they emailed me a confirmation receipt, confirmation number21153477DE and a customer account number 581, and an order number 1885 but no shipping date. I waited until July 13,2011 to email them to request a shipping date and how it would be shipped. Their site gives no phone number, and there is no listed phone number under that site name. I have emailed them 5 times in 3 days requesting this info. I have received no response to any of my inqueries, I have emailed both the service email on ArtisanCompany.com and RobertFredhettePresident,ArtisanOrder.com. I found 2 phone numbers 919-467-4868 (disconnected) and 919-924-3605 which apparently is a private number not connected to the scam. I am going on Facebook to report this in hopes no one else is hurt by this scammer.
