Odered the pineapple cutter on 11/4. Got a confirmation email, they cashed my check, but I never got the order. When I attempted to contact them (via instant chat on their website), no one answered, so I sent an email two days ago. I follow up again today, and the website is down. So is the phone number. I'm livid!
