these douche bags sent me the first item i ordered, so i decided to order several more, they said they sent me a package and i got the tracking number, well it arrived in new york and i live in california. yourspay keeps running around in circles telling me they have shipped it, tell me i should have received it, telling me they are in contact with the website i purchased from. says they have 24/7 customer service. the phone number doesn't work, they don't respond to emails (takes a few days and they only respond to one of the several i have sent). they stole from me straight up and have no intent of returning my money. As soon as they realized I knew they product wasn't coming to me the contact from the website i purchased from immediately stopped responding to me... www.hererosettastone.com
