I as well as many others have had the same problem with this company. I received no receipt after purchase, nor any type of tracking number. I sent at least six different e-mails to them, while receiving not ONE response. I went on paypal to file a dispute and was finally able to track my package. After over two weeks without any communication with this company, I finally received my uggs today; however the authenticity of the uggs are questionable. They do not run the same in sizes as my current real uggs and are inflexible with is inconsistent with my previous shoes that I know for a fact are real because I purchased them from the ugg store. I will never again make another purchase from the website as it has been nothing but a hassle. I would rather lose my money and wear these fake uggs then to try and return them for my money back.
