I used this website to order a canvas print of a photo I submitted online. My credit card was immediately charged and I received a confirmation email. The website and email stated that the canvas would be shipped within 48 hours and I would received a tracking number via email. After a week I became suspsicious and tried emailing them at the email address given. My emails were returned undeliverable. Then I began to call. I have tried over 20 times during normal business hours and each time it is either a busy signal or it rings with no answer then hangs up. Then I did some internet research and found that there are 91 complaints against this company with the Miami BBB and literally hundreds of stories online just like mine. Now I am filing a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back. Next time I will visit my LOCAL Kinkos for this service.
