I purchased a pair of shoes in Sept 2011, was not aware of a 39.95 charge per month. They got me 3 times for 39.95, only gave me a credit for 1 x39.95., I had to make a purchase or lose my 80.00. Not a happy person, I was only making a one time purchase or so I thought........

- With any site that asks for your card number you should read the terms and conditions especially when there is a "great deal" or if you see the word "membership" the terms and conditions read clearly state how they work, the moment you checked that agreement box and purchased that first pair of shoes without reading the terms and agreement you signed up. I keep reading the same complaint but when I went to the site all the rules were clear and upfront. Hope things worked out for you.
