on the above date I filled out an application for a free wireless phone with 250 free minutes. The company tells you that in 7-10 expect to hear from them. On 11/17/2011 I contacted the company and talked with Mario who informed me that I should have my phone within 7 days. Ten days later no phone so again contacted company this time I talked with Anna and she stated that she could not find my file that I should refill which I did. On 12/15/2011 I contacted company and again talked with Anna and again she stated my file could not be found to refill.
