Ordered the slice o matic via television adverstisement. Advertised for $19.99 + second one for shipping for $6.99. I was charged $76.97 on my credit card. They shipped me 3 slice o matics (2 @ $29.99 & a 3rd one for $10 plus $6.99 shipping). Invoice list two 4907A slice o matic and one 49071 slice o matic...all 3 were the same thing. Called their 800 number; first customer service person hung up on me; second one told me that the slice o matic I received were much better quality and offered me a $15 credit and I could keep them! He was very rude and said I could send them back, and once they received the return, I had to call and request a refund! He hung up on me as well when I told him I was not responsible for returning something I didn't order!
