I went onto CoachFactoryStoreOutlet.com to purchase a leopard print purse and wallet for my daughter for Christmas. (I found this website through Google). I did not receive the items, a confirmation email, a return response email, nothing! I should have known that the prices were too good to be true. But, I seriously thought I was shopping at the online outlet. I finally called my bank, since of course they already took the money out of my account, and put in a claim. I'm also going to contact the better business bureau. I'm not sure what they can do since the company is out of CHINA, but I am going to do whatever I can to try and get my money back and make it difficult for them to do this to anyone else! My husband and I work hard for our money and to have people out there taking advantage of people like this is an absolute shame!
