Ordered a vodka pack off their website from a Groupon deal, and a couple of days after the order they updated some information explaining that they don't actually ship to my state, and forgot to mention it. Since then, they have not refunded my money, have not responded to my emails, and have ignored their phone. It's been half a month since the order and 10 days since my first attempted contact with them. I'm still attempting to resolve this (it seems Facebook is one of the only methods where people are getting responses), but I wanted to write this up to at least serve as a warning to people.

- They finally emailed me saying they'd refund my shipping payment, but not the rest. So I still appear to be out $60.

Another update:
Two months later, and still no refund. They finally added a contact section to their website, which I've used and apparently been added to a spam advertising list through. I've also sent off a handful of new emails to this company and hope that a couple make it through to someone who actually reads it. -
