i paid burlington self storage 398 dollars for a 10x40 unit. the cheap door came off the hinges and instead of this company coming to me and sitting down like men, they change my access code breaching our agreement 15 days into 60 minimum.

Burlington self storage's owner, called the salem police and told them he locked me out of my unit, because i owed him money for rent and that i damaged the door that night when it was inoperable since about the first week of the agreement.

I received a voice mail from the manager stating that they were waiting for a door man to come in and that she did not think he would be reached that weekend. said she would hope to get in touch with the door company or the maintenance man john place the door back on track.

long story short. this place held up my machinery used for my lively hood for the duration of the term and cost me an estimated minimum 400 dollars a day.

it has been a month.
