I ordered 4 pair of boots from Kelly-Mall and paid through Paypal. I sent 4 e-mails regarding package shipping expectation date without any responses. I contacted Paypal and filed a claim. Kelly-Mall had until December 18th to respond to Paypal. I received a package with a cheap Mickey Mouse tote in it. I still have the tote and packaging awaiting Paypal's response. I just found this morning Paypal closed my case. I disputed the case and am waiting for a response from Paypal. I ordered from this company because they were supported by Paypal and thought my purchase would be secured. I want a refund!!!! What to do next????
