My wife bought a book with her credit card for 1.92. She unknowingly was signed up for this 'membership' but never mailed any notice or anything. I did not monitor her statement charges, I just pay the bills... This month noticed the charge because she had stopped carrying the card and there should not have been any balance.
Searching back, they have charged us for 25 months at 9.95.
I think if there are enough people, we should talk to a class action lawyer, because hiding a wholesale club membership in what appears to be a website registration is incredibly deceitful.
