Checked my account today and had been wondering why it had been short for a while, and decided to check my statement online...I looked at a few and saw some credits for a few cents here for like 3 days in a row....then checked some more and then saw a charge for $30.00...I have NO IDEA who this is...so of course I called the phone number and it just hangs up...doesnt ring have a recording or anything, just hangs up...WHAT THE HELL!!! I called my bank and they told me that I have to put my account on hold if I want to report it....AGAIN....WHAT THE (Inappropriate Content Removed)!!!! Its almost Christmas...whos gonna do that?!?!?!?!?! UGH!!!!

- I hear you!! I had the same problem with them on the 30th of Nov. Called the number and left a message but as yet no return call from them. Does anyone even know where this company is out of or how they can keep doing this to people???
