I entered the required details as asked, and immediately they responded to me that they would be able to unlock my phone. So I proceded with the payment, expecting a response in the same manner, only to be let down by having to wait 24hrs for a code to arrive. There was never one forward to me at all. There response was and I quote in there words from their e-mail


Unlock Status:

We have been unable to obtain an unlock code for your phone using the imei number supplied. Although this model is generally un-lockable, there are instances where codes cannot be generated. This is due to unique phone variables and cannot be predicted in our preliminary report.
As an apology for this, we would like to offer you a full refund and a free unlock code for your phone as soon as one becomes available on our database. Alternatively you can use this for a different phone.

We would like to offer you a full refund for this and we offer our apologies for the inconvenience.
Refunds are usually processed within 48 hours, however please allow up to seven days for funds to reflect in your account.

I have tried numerous times to contact them and they never ever reply.

Don't believe a word they say they just raising money for nothing
