On 5/11/11 795.00 (check #964141) was paid ahead of time for their services. This was a re-fi packet that was to be sent to me, that I would fill out and send to my mortgage company. This was to be processed to see that I would be eligible for a special rate through a government backed program.
I immediately put a stop on the re-fi packet with my sales rep Eric Rovles (Ext 692). The re-fi packet was never sent by them or received by me. And nothing was ever signed. I simply decided to stop the process before their services were rendered.
On 5/27 Eric told me that my refund would be processed by 6/30.
A complaint was filed with the Better Bussiness Bureau and then on 8/03 with the Attorney General of CA. On 8/12-15 I was told that the info on my file had never been brought to the proper persons attention. So my file was reviewed by customer service and I was told on 8/24 that I am on the list to receive my refund. I was told that Scott (Ext 694) would be taking care of processing my refund.
After leaving (7) messages I was finally put through to him on 12/07. Said he was E-Mailing the Owner's Group and would get back to me within a couple days. This will be the 5th day trying to get him to talk to me.
No one in the last 7 months has returned any of my calls since this curruption began. Although I was told at the end of August that I was on the list for my refund, I was recently told by customer service that it was I who didn't give them the opportunity to render their services to me. Somehow trying to justify keeping my $ for something that was never given to me. On 12/16 I filed a complaint with The Consumer Protection Agency.
This lack of care, service and level of greed has sickened me for 7 months now. I am hoping that as the volume of complaints grow; The Attorney General will take action in the name of the state of CA. or if there isn't a class action suite against the Co. yet, there
will be.
