First they say you can check out a vin number, but then before that you have to be a member, then you have to pay 2.95, then I go to log in and I get an error. I go to their contact info and I have only a number there that is not available till Monday and this happened on Sunday morning. Then I call and the only guy there says they don't have a supervisor there. He tries to get rid of me by giving me the tech support email, then gives me the wrong email info. Then I explain to him it's a login problem, he then changes my password and we hang up. I go to log in and I still get the same error message. I call back in and I tell him the problem and he still want to send me to tech support, I then get the correct email for tech support from him. I told him to cancel my account and refund my money since I didn't receive anything. He said I'll cancel, but you won't get a refund and I told him then he needed to get my information to me and he said I would have to contact tech support and then he says but you will have to have an account for them to help you. I told him, ok, so what you're telling me is I should sign up again, pay my 2.95 then call tech support? and he says yes. I told him they were a scam and the recording behind him was a scam because if he's the only one there why do I hear other people in the background. Then I hung up.
