my boyfriend applied for the free samples, the note with it said he would be sent the full set for £74 but if we didnt want it we had at least 16 days to cancel it, within a few days the money had come out of his account and we never received anything, the bank said they couldnt do anything for 31 days, now another payment has gone from his account of £74, when you try to ring this company you get nowhere, the bank still cannot do anything till the 31 days are up and by then another amount could have been taken out, something needs to be done to stop these people and close them down
