International boundaries
ordered ugg boots. cancelled order with in minutes of ordering and they still took the money from my checking acct. told me my debit/card was not good...ummm yes it is...i was told i would be refunded the money by the end of this week. I am furious. for one, it is xmas time and we do not have money just to throw out there for someone else to have. and then to process an order in which i cancelled with in minutes and take the money the following day. this is ridiculous. something needs done about this.
anyone have any ideas or places i can contact about this matter
