I have regiserted with Amber Campanion at the ending of November, having paid the the sum of £249 and sent them several Pictures. On the day that i had registered i received a call but there was no one on the other end of the line i had rang them back on the following day where they informed me that yes there was a call sent out to me fro a client, they informed me that they would get the client to ring me back, which neve happpened the same evening i received another call and the same thing happened, at first i thought there was a problem with my phone where i actually changed my handset and again i received a calls and no-one at the other end of the line. When i spoke to the consultant that i was assigned to she said tha they would do a line test on my phone when they did which went though fine, again received a call from the client nothing at the other end of the line. this has now gone into the third week and i hav'nt had a booking up to date.Each time i ring them to let them know that the call did not come through to me i always seem to get a call and ot never connects to me are they just doing this themselves to make out the they are a legit company, Until a friend of mine registered last week she also is having problems with the connection.
When you first contact them thay are very friendly and helpful and have rang me back when i have had questions but now tha they have got my payment the person that i am assigned to is either never in the office or busy on another call.
I dont know if anyone else has found this that when you get a call from these so call client its not registered on your phone its like you never recived any call at all in not in you log nothing when it ring it shows up as unknown caller but as i said if you go back into your call log theirs nothing there.
Is there anyone out there who has registered with Amber Companion and facing the same issues let me know.
